In this fourth devlog, I share how I added a “Bump Seek” pathfinding algorithm that makes the enemy tanks move around the map and pathfind by bumping into walls like an old Roomba.

So I decided to do something different and spend more than just a 5 minute afterthought on the thumbnail for this one:

It was surprisingly fun to create, and I think it looks good. Although, I can foresee some folks thinking it’s “too busy”.

I am also testing what happens if I don’t include the word “Godot” in my title. I think it will make the video less likely to surface in search results for Godot. But I don’t want to put “Godot” in every single video title because it will be so redundant and ugly when viewing the channel as a whole.
